A wide reaching Partnership has been established to deliver the Renaissance aim.

An Executive Board comprising organizational representation from the public, private, voluntary and community sectors has been developed. The Executive Board is responsible for ensuring that the strategic vision for the town is delivered.

This requires the Executive Board to:

Develop and articulate the strategic direction of Renaissance

Implement and enable the delivery of the Renaissance vision

Identify and respond to local needs and priorities

Monitor and evaluate progress

Bring together and enhance the existing capacity of other local groups and forums that contribute towards Renaissance

Facilitate the delivery of the Renaissance Action Plan through the commissioning and evaluating of project proposals and submissions.

Promote the principles of collective decision making, citizenship and responsibility, including adherence to the highest standards of Equal Opportunities and Inclusion.

Add value, respect and inspire change through positive partnership working.

Ensure a non-political stance.
